Welcome, warmly.

Here’s a bit about my story and background…

“Working with Nico feels like Being held. With grace, clarity and a great deal of wit, Nico brings to bear the magic and medicine of her own full lived and ever-honing intuitive knowing. I feel seen in my own power. I feel courted into the places of relatedness I do not know, with fierceness, honesty, and wild breathing imagination.”
- Hannah Abrams, student of Dance

My name is Nico Wolf (born Nicole Haciba Burke). I don’t like boxes or definitions but, if I had to a give title to what I do, I’d call myself a Liminal Artist. In other words, I live life at the crossroads of change through my work as a healing arts practitioner, seer, guide, trans-disciplinary artist, writer and group facilitator of dreamwork, ceremony, Earth wisdom ways and animistic-based alchemical healing work.

I’m passionate about offering safe and inclusive spaces for people to explore and deepen their intuition, open to their Knowing and Seeing, their dreams and pathways to healing and transformation.

My work has been deeply influenced by my life of multiculturalism, travel, adventure, deep love of Nature, seeking new perspectives and the magic that happens when one lives with courage and curiosity.

I was born in Hong Kong to a Moroccan/Algerian/Jewish mother and an Irish/Polish/Catholic American father. I moved from there to Taiwan where I lived until I was nine, then moved to the states. I consider myself a “third culture kid” - at home nowhere and everywhere at once.

The Spirit of change has guided me throughout my life and, in addition to nearly two decades in the healing arts, my experiences have ranged from having a decade long career as a fashion designer to working for over fifteen years as a beekeeper, spending nearly a decade as an organic farmer and all the while serving as a ceremonialist and healer. I’ve had the honor of undertaking over twenty years formal apprenticeships combined including study of Japanese medicine and acupressure, Shamanism, and other animistic-based, alchemical healing modalities.

For 10 years (2011-2021), my husband Ryan Miller Wolf and I stewarded Golden Well Sanctuary - a retreat and regenerative farm in central Vermont devoted to re-potentiating our relationship with the living Earth through cultivating deeper and more meaningful connections between Nature, Spirit, Self and Community. After selling our farm and moving to the wilds of Brooklyn, NY, we transitioned our work to School of Liminal Arts - a platform to house not only our offerings, but to work with a community of friends, practitioners and facilitators to expand into more creative collaborations.

After a year in Brooklyn, we then spent about a year traveling through Europe and North Africa, then settled in Provence, France for a while. But as the alchemist’s path would have it, we’ve just returned to our meeting place, the red Earth lands of New Mexico, where we are currently connecting deeply to the land and looking for a place to settle in community.

My diverse background and multi-faceted worldview has inspired me to create spaces that elicit a deep sense of anything-goes-ness, belonging and freedom where the full palate of human expression and creative impulse is enthusiastically welcomed. Through my group and private sessions, I’m here to hold space for your healing and vitality through inspiring possibility, encouraging deep transformation and holding you in love. I care deeply about all of my clients and take it as an absolute honor to share any part of your path with you.

I look forward to what we might discover together.

With love,

Nico Wolf

“Nico has a gift for welcoming in all that is. Her approach is gentle and expansive, allowing the archetypes to enter the work and express themselves. In her sessions, everything belongs, each voice and image given its rightful place in the fold. ”
